God in the Old Testament demands for Justice and equal society. Each of the chapter discussed facilitates the discernment of different caste and sub-caste Dalit perspectives. I hope this book will allow the readers to get a grip of the Dalit world and their God. For Dalits - God suffers with His people, favoring them with His grace. This work is an attempt to introduce the voices of Dalit castes and sub-castes hitherto unused to do Dalit theology of liberation. The very experience of suffering and social shame becomes a challenge to each Dalit and liberation theologians to explore his/her identity as the liberating agent.
