This book contains seventeen chapters. The first chapter discusses the research process sand the subsequent chapters elucidate on each of the research step in great detail starting with defining of the research problem, developing a research design and developing scales to measure response. Two chapters are devoted to sampling concepts and design followed by chapters discussing secondary and primary data sources. Data processing and data analysis have been covered adequately with ample illustration explaining various statistical methods and tests of hypothesis. A chapter on the use of computers in research has also been included. The chapters' text has been written clearly and well illustrated with examples and diagrams. Each chapter excludes a case study and set of review questions.
